is there an easy way to merge all of these plugins? because my coomer brain has no concept of restraint and downloaded all of them, all of the individual plugins are taking a toll on my .esp limit

 

i tried doing it myself, but presumably due to my inexperience in this field it had quite a few unintended side effect

Hi there Ix! From the VoTW FAQ:

 

Q: Can I merge .esp's from different holotape mods?
A: Yes, if you want those holotapes mods to no longer work.

 

In other words, its impossible to merge the esps, what you can do, although it would be a lot of work, is to add holotapes to the same esp, the esps can handle 10 of them with the right setup, but you would have to do it manually via FO4edit. There is absolutely no way to merge a holotape and a reel esp together. I would recommend disabling the reels esps since they are only usable in 2 locations in the entire world, other than that not much else to do.

just install it with mod manager vortex or whatever, I wouldn't recommend installing it manually since you have to install VOTW first

I am using vortex mod manager but i dont think it works. Is there something I must do in game to get the holotapes or must I do something else??

Sorry to hear that Sarrel but I'm gonna need some information so that I can help you. Where exactly is the problem: When you try to craft the holotapes? when you try to play the holotapes? Have you set up VOTW properly before installing this mod?

ok so i have the VOTW mod in the nexus mod manager along with all the holotape mods. All the mods in the manager are enabled and there are no errors. but when I launch the game from within the manager, I dont see the VOTW section in the build menu anywhere. I have looked at some videos on the VOTW mod and I see it is under furniture. But I dont have it. So I dont think the mods manager is actually letting me play with the mods. I imported the mods as .rar files into the manager. Maybe that is the problem. But I get errors when I try to import the files after extracting them from the .rar files.

So I dont think its the fact that I cant craft or play the holotapes. Its the fact that the mods just aren't working

If you cant see the VOTW section in the craft menu you have to first correctly install VOTW. First make sure you got VOTW up and running. If after that the holotapes wont appear on the VOTW crafting bench, that might be a problem with the installation of this mod, and when you do install this mod import the rar file to your mod manager, not the loose files!

First of all, I apologise for asking so many questions. But I have tried launching the game with only the VOTW mod to see if that would work, but I still couldn't see the section in the crafting menu. I installed the VOTW.rar file, enabled it and still nothing. So at this point I am clueless to be honest. Thank you for trying to help anyways.

No need for apologies, forums exist for this exact reason ?. Videos of the Wasteland have absolutely no dependencies so it should just work. can you send me a picture of your mod manager?

What is the other location besides the Starlight Drive-in?  Is there another reel projector I'm not aware of?

Funny thing, I stumbled on av19 the other night while looking for some Korean porn clips, and honestly, it was way easier to find what I was in the mood for than I expected.
