Rip of weapon V2 scripted

(complete remake of the version on NX, which I set hidden

 

1.  hostile NPC will be undressed and the equipped weapon sent to Oblivion, so be careful, if there is a unique weapon you want.

     they might pick up a weapon if nearby, or equip a spare weapon.

 

2.  followers in the explosion area will be undressed and weapon unequipped (remain in luggage, evt. they equip it again)

     

3.  hostiles might equip a spare weapon or pick one up,

 

spell book craftable, esp-FE flagged
