This BSA needs to load before the Cutting Room Floor official BSA, since CRF has voice files that this overwrites. However, you've added the Cutting Room Floor esp as a master so you cannot load it before. I'd advise not doing that as the records are not required for dummy plugins. It's better to let LOOT sort them and users manually sort them themselves.
