Can someone please help me get this edited breast mesh working in game?

It's a tweaked version of Sopore's breast mesh, I sent Sopore a PM but it occurred to me after the fact that they haven't even logged on since 2018 so I think it's safe to say that I'm not going to hear back from them any time soon if ever.. hopefully they aren't dead in a ditch somewhere, anyway.. I digress. What I did was make the breasts a bit "fuller" while maintaining the pointy aspect of the original mesh. I had intended for this mesh to replace the default female top mesh. Of course modding the Sims 4 is apparently not as easy as modding Skyrim, so when I went to import the edited mesh into S4S it threw up a bunch of error messages because I know enough to sculpt in Blender but not enough to get the mesh into S4S and in game.
