After Defeat animation - my character can't use Favourite menu or cast/swing anything

Hello,

 

I was testing animations in defeat. In one animation I pressed "}]" to move the animation to a better location. The timer ran out and then the animation continued, however, the free camera was disabled now for some reason (I have it set to auto tfc in the SL settings). I thought no worries...will just tfc in console and continue to align the animations. 

 

The animation ended and I got the usual; beat up and needs to rest animation; with resist indicators. After I got up - this is where I noticed my whole immersed rpg Skyrim life fucking coming down. I could not go into the favourite menu to select my healing spells, or any spells for the matter; I could not select any weapons from this menu and I could not even use any weapons or spells equipped by other means. 

 

I checked on Google.. Posts have existed from  2014-2020 with this error, and the only solution I have not tried is delete character and start again. It toook me so long to get my play through how I wanted it - heavy RPer. 

 

What I have tried:

 

*enableplayercontrols *epc

*tfc on and off again

*reset defeat mod

*reload previous saves

*disable and enable defeat

 

 

I really hope someone can help me with this. I just want to play Skyrim and heavy RP while masturbating every now and then.... is that too much to ask?

Have you tried installing an alternative death mod that allows you to resurrect? I sometimes find this issue and solve it getting myself killed and then reviving (disable defeat mod and then do get yourself killed) you could also try typing in showracemenu, change your character gender and then switch back, cold not work, it did for me, hope this helps, best wishes.

Update: Okay. I basically wanted to add more information - I enabled all the logging and was going to have a look at the logs once I did the same thing again. Resetting Defeat, enabling the logs and restarting Skyrim actually fixed the issue. Honestly, no idea how, but it's fixed now!

I would advice you to upgrade Defeat with Bakas Edition in his Pateron. While i never had this bug (I usually play with Pc Rape off.) My Followers get bugged out with the normal version. Never with Baka tho.
