Hi! Not sure what's going on with this armour as most of the outfit works & looks great. However, when I equip the cloak from the set I get weird effects around my character as you can see in the attached pics. If anyone knows what it causing this any help would be appreciated.

The effect you see is the cloak.... it is wrecked...

I know it's the cloak. Was wondering if anyone has a fix for it,
