if wanna the female vampires with fangs i recommend using : female vampires have fangs, that fixed my females vampires (i use ECE with that also) : link http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22522 , about the eyes mine changed from acqua / light green to opaque red after made my female vampire lord.
