Named NPC attacks me on sight

[Rokabur]

Have everything set up, started a new game through Live Another Life, let all mods load/activate before starting my selection. Brand new game, haven't interacted with ANYTHING and Uthgerd the Unbroken will attack me on sight when I approach Whiterun. I tested using the console command for toggle map markers and went straight to a nearby farm, approached Whiterun and she just up and assaults me. And if I kill her, ONLY the NAMED NPC's inside Dragon's Reach will aggro me, rest of the guards couldn't care less.

 

I can't even try to use TES5Edit to TRY to check (I can't remember I single thing about how to use it) cause every time I launch it through MO2 it tells me it can't open the registry keys and to run the game's launcher to restore registry settings (I ran Skyrim SE through the launcher SIX TIMES and it still brings up the error message regardless).

Total long shot, please this is really just guessing play on my sight and i never had this Problem, so if it does not help i am deeply and truly sorry for that.

 

Do what you did, travel to somewhere npc´s are hostile towards you (TGM so you don't get killed.)  And Steal something to get a low bounty, surrender to the guards and let them put you in jail. Maybe that will reset the Hostile Behavior of the named NPC´s and they let you alone.

Always a pita cause had this happen years ago with the Dawnguard DLC except that Isran was hostile on sight to the Moth Priest you rescue and bring back to the fort.
