Just watched the first two episodes of Babylon Berlin

And was blown away.  The nightclub scene in Episode 2 was TERRIFIC. 

 

Cinematography,  costuming, story, acting is top notch. 

 

Zu Asche, Zu Staub is gonna stay in my mind for a long time. 

 

Gonna binge it all the way.

Yes, pretty good show.

I think what i liked most about the show, was the sense of the change that was coming politically.

Crazy times, where things were allowed.
There is this description of the time which says these were the golden 20s. Though in reality they weren't golden for most folks.

 

If you like this production, maybe you like Dark as well. Though its something completely different.
