Any modders here know anything about package schedules?

I've got a quest alias on a vanilla npc who I want to travel to different locations based on the time of year. When I give him a package to go to the Bannered Mare during September (Heartfire) it works fine, but if I change that same package to to apply in Autumn (September, October, November) he ignores the package and defaults to vanilla behaviour. What gives?

Try three packages each running, Sept, Oct, Nov, and see if that works.  The seasonal package settings may be bugged.

I never got the seasonal packages to work either, had tried a while back but no luck
