Invisible Shields on Weapon Swap

Hello LL, I hope to rely on your expertise once again.

 

I am having a minor bug where when I switch weapons using the hotkeys, most of the time from a bow to sword and shield, the shield will be invisible. This happens in both first and third person, and with unmodded and modded shields. This does not happen when switching from within the inventory menu, or the favorites menu, or after loading in an interior (it starts happening again after leaving to an exterior and persists until an interior load). Attached is a video with a short demonstration.

 

I have a plethora of mods, including .esm's, .esp's, and SKSE plugins. I will provide any information necessary about my setup.
