Issues with Sexlab Defeat

Hey there. I followed through the entire guide of "From Zero to Sexlab Works!" On the forums yesterday. All is perfect. However, I installed Sexlab Defeat and it simply doesn't work. 

 

I've had the PC be taken down to 0HP and simply dying multiple times. Tried it with wolves with the same outcome. Is there something I'm missing or isn't working? There isn't a tab for the MCM, so I'm not sure if I did something wrong.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
