SimDa Dating app from LittleMsSam is what you are looking for since it does the same thing. You can call sims and no matter the hour they will come using the new "SimDa Dating App" menu from the phone. The mod you used was probably Call Anytime by Scumbumbo, but the mod is not updated anymore as far as I know.
