Perk editing help.

Hi. I just recently started getting to know the creation kit, and I'm working on editing a few perks. My question is this.

 

How do I set character level as a prerequisite for a perk, instead of skill-level? I'm trying to add perks that are accessible at certain levels, but does not require skill-levels. 

 

Do I have to use "Getlevel" as a condition for the perk?

Thanks, but it doesent really tell me that much. :/ I suppose I'll just have to do yet another round of googling, see if I can find anything new...
