Looking for Ganyu mod in skyrim

Looking for a Ganyu mod in Skyrim i found some videos of her in Iwara also a user in pixiv called [ Beofuled_0000 ] Shared a screenshots for her 
He dont seems to respond to replays and i cant find any information about how to get something like this in the game, is she a mod that shared somewhere or a paid mod? can someone share more information or the mod for her
