Kwengie Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Hi, I need help with my TBSC-BodySuit and I would want that in certein parts of the body (Hands/ Feed/ Neek) my character can wear "armor over armor". Until now, my character will get naked, when I put her Boots from the Bandit. What I must do? I have marked the places in the appended picture at the body where an additional piece of armor can be applied.
Monsto Brukes Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 You would need to create a mod for the gear. It would include the visual assets (models, txtrs, etc) and then assign them to an unused body slot. IIRC there's like 30 body slots, most of which aren't used by the retail game. you could assign your bits to one of the unused ones, then when you put other standard pieces on/off, your bits would remain. Alternatively, you could research how the nevernude versions of some of the armors work. I know that ADEC nevernude doesn't KEEP the underwear on, but it swaps on the underwear when the main piece of armor is removed.
thor Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 You need to edit the slots for the armor and armoraddon objects to only use the body slot (#32) If you don't see all the parts of your suit you will need to edit the body part used in BSDismemberSkinInstance in the the nif files. The body part in the nif file must match the one used in creation kit.

Doesn't matter what slot, really, so long as it's not used by any mods that the user has installed. That shouldn't be a problem as there aren't many that use alt-slots
