How to build a house/stripclub&brothel ?

Hi

 

I have a project for the living of my sims familly : running a brothel/striclub, but at home.

The idea is simple : a Manor, splitted in two parts : the house part, and the nightclub part.

 

The all in Windenburg style.

 

How I could build it to make functionnal ? I saw how to use doors restrictions, but I never suceed to make the lots people posted here plenty functionnal... (for exaple, I bought the crazy horse brothel... and only strippers were available).

What I need to know ?

Well, I don't know if I understand your question. But you basically buy a lot as a stripclub, build two interconnected structures (stripclub and your house), and just lock the entrance with the game's own function. Allowing only your sims from your house to enter.

Remember to: 1. Unlock your door if you would like to receive visitors outside of stripclub hours. 2. Lock the entrance to your stripclub outside opening hours to prevent visitors from entering it.

 

You cannot build a business in your home. (Sims 2 style), It will actually do your homework in your business.

It what I done... and I met a problem with the younger parts of the household (teen, kid, todler).

 

I explain : in my household, I added a teen, and one of the stripper had a baby... botht he teen and the todler need to go in the house of the familly, and cannot stay in the strip club...

the teen, for example, need to do her homework... and she do it at home.

 

Another thing, the strippers don't propose more activities often... there is a way to increase the rate of solicitation by clients, or several clients in the same time ?

Oh I see. Well, as for children, I don't think there is anything to be done. It's a form of game control. And let's face it, a strip club isn't exactly a good place to raise kids. ?‍♀️

 

About prostitution... You can add that scourt center trait (I think that's the name), prostitutes will get more calls from customers who will come to your club to have sex with them.
About the possibility of having sex with more than one person: This only happens if the automatic initiation of sex fails, your prostitute will have this client waiting, if someone else approaches her and they get a place to have sex automatically, everyone will participate. This can generate huge public orgies if that's the intention ?

Sorry but it's not what you think it is.

You can actually lock out the certain gender or age of sims, if you use the door mod.

So for younger sims that you don't want them to visit the house, just place the one door/several doors for them, set up using the linked mod above, I think you will be fine?

As I understand his problem isn't the newest sims out, but it's making sure they stay in space. Since babies are automatically kicked off commercial lots, and his teenager is going home to do her homework.

I know. Tested, but it doesn't work with the striclub stuff managed by wickedwims.
