Do anyone know what's the problem is it? is this AMD 's driver problem?

I have some bling bling shinning in the suits or background,

 

I and my roommate using the same mods but he has not this problem,

 

and what different between I and him is he is using Nvidia's 3070 but I'm AMD 5700XT, ( we also playing DMM version )

 

I've tried so many times but i still can't solve this, if there is someone can tell me the problem,

@Mushi0204 - I'm not positive its the same issue, but its possible. If you use CC v2.2, try out this patch I've been trying to correct that can potentially have effects like this buts its very random given the circumstances and when it occurs it can happen on nearly any suit.
