Stripclub property transfer.

Hello

Does anyone knows how to transfer the property of a stripclub to another household without having to reset the whole club ?
for exemple if the club is owned by bob, make it owned by sam ( who is in another houshold)

I don't think that option exists even in the base game itself with regular businesses so... yeah it's not that easy, unfortunately.

No. It is not possible. Which is complete shit. But this is a restriction of the game. not the WW.

In that case, it's more advantage call Sam to live at your house, and get rid of Bob. The stripclub should be her property, since she's a core family, and that's it.
I had to change my stripclub batch, because the other one was getting too small and I ended up losing everything too (employees, etc). It's pretty boring.

You will have to split the houshold first. Then you will need to sell the club and make the other person buy it.

i've find a way.
because its not a sims who owns the club but a household
So i just swapped all the members from one household to the other one. and then rename the household.
