How to get Tes5edit to read Asian characters?

I have a lot of mods from the Naver, and 9DM, threads and most of the time changing the language by editing through Tes5edit is easy. I have a particular mod that is a custom follower that uses her own dialogue but all I see is writing like this "너는 어떻게 싸우는ë°?" how can I see Asian characters instead so I can use a translation tool?
