Got all the tools and started editing, will share if I feel like I can do it properly..

 

but why not you share the file for moddings and kasumi voice if u say u want 2 help modders community?

How is the material name works,like "mat-1-2-3"this sort of thing

Honestly, I don't know how the material name works, sorry.

It seems to need that the number is series, I guess.
In addition, I think "mat-x-x-x" works for sort in the game and also "tex-xxx" works for sort in the tmc converter, or something.

(I mean the texture name is the red rectangle in the ss.)

 

As my opinion, we should not changed the material name from original game data, while we can add the texture name.

I had found out my mistakes,now textures can be seen in the game

Just need to put every uv in blender then name the material right

Are you using mod loader?
I have tried the mod loader several times, but I couldn't.
Maybe I make some mistakes.
But Importer.bat worked for me.

I found some points I'm concerned.
・The "color space" of specular map and normal map must be "Non-color".
・You cannot connect normal map node to "normal" of "Principled BSDF" directly.
 It is required that "Normal Map" node between them.
 You can add "Normal Map" node by "add">"vector">"Normal Map".

 

I think the above causes "Unknown texType".
There may be still something wrong, but these are the points you can fix.

Tools are fine but mod still cause crushs.

Maybe the texture count error is attributed to the body texture.
I think your body texture still has alpha channel because "texture node" is connected with "Alpha" of "Principled BSDF node".

You can remove the alpha channel in gimp or something.

In gimp, "Layer>Transparent>Remove Alpha" (I think there is little different on the name of the menu cuz mine is Japanese).


Anyway, I wanna see the whole log.

And what did you set the setting when you export fbx?
