Naked comments for NPCS (SE)?

NPCs comment when you're naked, and there are mods that expand the commenting behavior. Are there mods that do the same thing, but for naked NPCs? It would be nice to have other NPCs commenting when a naked NPC walks by, especially if they are using ENF animations from a mod like this. https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/16302-more-intelligent-modesty-for-evg-conditional-idles-dynamic-animation-replacer-with-sl-aroused-sl-defeat/ Is there anything like this?
