Porting and assistance request

Hey folks so Ive had a mod for a couple years [NPC Body Scale Randomizer] and 've been asked by some to give my SSE version. Now at the time i dont think there was an SSE version released, [I could be wrong] and the DL page says its compatible. Ultimately Im not sure what the current state of the mod is [Or if it even was compatible or if it actually is right now] as its 7 years old now. I find this mod to be essential as its always did me justice, but after a year+ or more I could never get ahold of the Author to ask if they wanted this ported over to SSE. I guess I just wanted to ask would it be ok to port it and give them credit along with the link back to the original mod page  and do as the other ports go as Im unsure what to do in the case of no response with this. 

Second question is If anyone has used this mod before it works with regular CBBE but since CBBE 3BBB/3BA uses additional breast bones, this mod has a soft incompatibility. It'll work with the rest of the body, but Breast do not scale. I was wondering if anyone here could perhaps assist me in figuring out a work around or point me in a direction where the additional bones are taken into account so that this has 3BBB/3BA compatibility?

Yup, I have the bug fix for that as well.

Hope you can make it work with 3BBB, is the most used CBBE in SE atm

Ive gone ahead and posted the port for SSE. If the Original author ends up coming back and saying to take it down, I'll do it no question. I think all that needs to be done for it to work with all the new bodies is for it to be able to use Morphs instead of NiOverride. Once that's done this mod will be up to date thoroughly.
