Can't get textures for this mod to work, help?

Hey guys, so I got this mod from that Japanese site and I can't seem to get the textures working, I tried both NMM and manual install and so it must be something else. I hoping it's not an incomplete file, but the comments never seemed to complain of textures so it looks like its something on my end.

Before installing, you have to make sure by looking into the file/directory structure of that mod. Also, have you checked what that mod needed (in this case, it requires the XP32 skeleton, CBBE with BBP, and more importantly High Heels support).

Thanks yeah, I definitely have done all of that. Hm, no idea what is going wrong then. 

 

I'll look over the texture directory to make sure I'm doing that all correct, but it's never been a problem for me before.
