Seems that only a pair of badly done nude mods are around, Farcry 5 has nude mods now tho, so maybe someone will do the same for 4, but sex is another thing altogether, simply put Ubisoft is anti-mod usually, so they dislike modders touching their games, is not imposible to do, but is pretty hard
