does anyone have an accessory link for a flannel shirt or jacket tied around the waist for women, which works?

I'm sorry about the shirt, I don't have anything like it, there are more or less open shirts that you could combine with an accessory tie but I don't know how it would look. With the shirt tied at the waist there is only this option, it is not an accessory so they come with those pants.
