Mine looks more gray and doesn't shine like the preview.

Once i saw Savegemoonboy talking about shine effects as the cause of this in one of his mods.

So how can i fix this issue?Any help is appreciated.

1) Download the Buf.7z file that he's uploaded.

2) From there open it, go to Buf->Steam/DMM (depending on your version) -> cb2 folder.

3) Navigate to the respective costume customizer mod/slot and locate the Buf folder there.

4) Replace the texture files (.buf) with the one from step 2.

As a side note, you should keep that Buf.7z file somewhere on your computer when you're using his mods. Just in case you're getting the same issues as this.

I tried this and it didn't work,i think this fix only works with Savagemoonboy mods. The one i am having problems was made by tantrave.

Is this issue specific to me or does this happens with everyone that use the mod?

I use parrot and its working fine, did you use the update.bat that is on the customecustomizer folder after installing the costume(close the game before hand just to be safe)?

If you are using the CC v2.2 alpha release rather than the official v2.1, the custom material editor is overriding the material parameters including shine effects of all CC common bodyType suit meshes as part of the testing phase.

I am using v2.1 that was updated through the mod manager.
