Creating a new penis

I would really like to try my hand at sculpting my own penis model to use in the Sims 4 and possibly share it within the community. I don't have any prior experience but, I have so much time on my hands that I can learn. So, how does one go about starting?

Download blender 2.92 & 2.79. look at some tutorial about sculpting 3D mesh model with blender. Sculpt your mesh using blender but you have to import a Sim model first using Sims4studio. Since S4studio does not works with 2.92, append the mesh. 

When done, you have to weight paint the mesh to the Rig penis bones, look at a tutorial for this. 

then you have to make a texture for your penis, you can use blender directly, photoshop or gimp. Look at a tutorial for this also because with just words it will not help, even if you can eventually try things by yourself.

Also the penis is tied to the bottom, so you have to use a bottom first. I recommend the bottom from Simdulgence (simplegens bottom if you have them), just remove the penis mesh using edit mode or whatever and do your own penis.
