It will be easier for you if you just use the NPC Visual Transfer Tool and replace them with the appearance of some of the more lifeless but gorgeous follower mods you see everywhere on the Nexus. It's much better than having an extra visual replacer plugin file for every non-generic follower you like.

For example, I use Moniko as the appearance of Arissa in my game, Ambre Greenham as the replacer for Auri and Elvyra as the replacer for Vilja.
