unknownuser2 Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 Can someone please make a Captain jack sparrow armor! I have been looking everywhere for it and no one has made it for Skyrim yet. I found a mod that had the armor for oblivion but I don't know how to port. Even if I did the armor is pretty good but Its not exactly what I am looking for. I have tried making the armor myself but every prototype has been a complete failure. And believe me I've tried but I just don't have the know how, or just plain skill to create a new armor or even port a jack sparrow armor from one of the games. I just fail. Please can someone give this a try? I have been looking for one and trying for about a year and it seems impossible. I have tried everything and now my only hope is to ask for help. I am honestly surprised no one has done it yet. I mean Captain Jack Sparrow is amazing and his armor is awesome as well. There are no good pirate armors for Skyrim. Its a shame really; there are enough mods out there to make Skyrim a perfect place for a pirate. Maybe after the armor is done a companion can be made as well. I much better at using the creation kit than modeling. I am pretty confident I'll be able to make a uniquely voiced follower with quests and marriage options for Skyrim. Just needed the armor and well, the face. Anyway, can someone please make the armor? Maybe if at all possible split into parts like boots, cuirass, pants, or cuirass and pants together, gloves, hat, bandanna, or hat and bandanna together, coat. Maybe hair, with all the beads and stuff. Or it could be in less pieces. I just think more pieces are easier to handle and increase customization greatly when it comes to textures and other things like you can wear it with or without the coat or shoes. I could also do the textures if the armor was already a mesh. I am very good at texturing and re-texturing. Well I tend to ramble so I'll end this here but please, seriously someone help me create and amazing armor. Thanks in advance.

lordofthedread Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 There is a quite nice pirate outfit in immersive armors if I am not mistaken, it is not Jack Sparrow outfit tho but in the meantime it worth a try.
Keyboard Warrior Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 not of much help here, as I have no idea which mod is doing this- but some char creation mod I'm using seems to give the imperial race a preset that looks a LOT like Johnny Depp, and upon editing it a little bit and with apachii skyhair, it looks a LOT like Jack Sparrow.

Either way I still have it currently in my inventory. And wear it sometimes but like you say it works in the meantime. @Sir Kitsune: O_O Really? Oh snap! That's awesome I look at some mods that add presets and see what I can find. Thanks for this! If I can find it, it looks like a marriage-able follower will be possible after all!
unknownuser2 Posted May 3, 2013 Author Posted May 3, 2013 @Sir Kitsune: I looked all around and I can't find any mod that adds a preset like that that but I did find out that a vanilla Skyrim Imperial Preset does bear a resemblance to Captain Jack Sparrow. I will be working on tweaking the face and maybe I can get a decent looking face to emerge.
