Game crashes at random times only after fast travel.

Hi I am getting crashes when I fast travel usually when I start the game fast travel doesn't crash but after playing for some time fast travel to whiterun, falkreath crashes my game. I have crash logs if it helps. Please any help would be great.

edit: If I just open the game fast travel to whiterun isn't problem but only after some time it crashes.
