i was trying to make the mod my self but i never used unity so i have no idea what im doing, and game does have a unitypackage for modding.
i have some ideas for mod but it was more lust bar and some zombie will have a lust icon above the head.

That looks nice, but there's a big downside, "open alpha", not many people like to work on something that can change overnight, that aside Rimworld exist and has been modded since forever, I think the best would be to wait for the game to get more popular before anyone steps up and lewds it, I do love pixel porn, so I will put this in my watchlist.
