Cum splashes turn to bloodstains

Might anyone please give me an idea how to stop cum splashes from Sexlab / Cumshot turning into bloodstains like those from Enhanced Blood and (more likely) Bloody Facials?

 

When the deed is done and the Dovakhin stands up, the cum stains suddenly turn into blood splotches!  Ermmm... not sure why.   

 

It might be injury applied due to reduced stamina (i.e. low stamina after sex = injured)? I also use the mod Keep it Clean, if that is relevant.

 

I could really do with some indicators where to check out what is going on.
