There is an Ethan Replacer mod to play as Rose during Main Story from Dr Slump. I got it a month ago. It does not include Segoi Dekai. I experimented using the bikini mod's Segoi Dekai but it resulted in bugs.

Since this thread is still alive, i have a question. Is it someone already made a nude mod with thicker butt for alcina Dimitrescu? I only found normal nude bodies for her. It's a bit boring imo?

It's doesn't works for me. When use Mod Manager the game stuck at loading after new game (Shadow of rose) and view model gallery the game not show the Rose adult model. When manual copy file to game folder it's still show the original game model.

Unfortunately the mods on nexus to switch Ethan to dimitrescu, her daughters, and rose, doesn't support other mods installed, like nude mods. I wonder if there is a functional mod that support it. In re4 remake, looking into lovers lab, someone shared a mod that switch Leon to Ada, and support mods for her, I wonder with it exists dor RE village
