PLAYER STOPS MOVING DURING PLAY

I Have a question while playing Skyrim Se my character just stops moving. Sometimes it happens while walking on a road. Other times after battle, sometime after sex. You never know when its going to happen. So far the only things that get my character moving again sometime not always is  whirlwind sprint, and typing player.setav speedmult 300. I can't figure out whats causing this. here is my modlist and load order. Please help. Thanks

You never know when it might happen, sounds like it could be the controller.  What is your system?  I just had the same type of problem crop up, and it's my left controller going out.  Rift S.
