Problem with invisible female penises

So I have been trying to figure out how to make the dicks work for the females, when I hit undress all they have a vagina. They do the animations as the males but just with invisible junk. I tried Noir penis and Lunareclipse, the lunareclipse one was sheer black and dissapeared when I used the hide option.

Nothing is showing up in the body selection box either, just the vagina options, tried messing around with the underwear mannequin and gave that a noir dick but still nothing.

It'll work out. Be sure to read the entire mod description carefully as there are various modules involved.
