Bodyreplacer with a Preset you are fine with, either selfmade with bodyslide or downloaded and updated with bodyslide. Either way you need do work with bodyslide. fairly easy.

 

If you want a mod that enlarges them cause of some effects their are some mods that can do it like Milk Economy.

Sorry, if you meant something like Fill Her Up then I can't help, because I don't know any.

 

However, in other occasions I'd just recommend Racemenu or ECE to fix things up.
