WCIF Adaptable genders?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anything like what I'm looking for exists;

 

A trait or setting allowing a sim to 

1. Either have a penis or vagina depending on the gender of the sim that they are interacting with and likewise taking on the male or female positions of the interaction accordingly.

2. Either impregnate or become pregnant depending on the sim that they are interacting with

 

It'd be great for the alien pollinator playthrough that I have coming, but so far, I haven't really found what I'm looking for, but I figured that I'd ask in case I'm blind and bad at googling ?

As for #1, the closest I've seen is a bodypart with both a penis and a vulva. I don't have the link on hand right now, though.
