Scroll Making Mod?

Are there any good mods that allow scrolls to be made through the enchanting system?

One that I know of is Enchantment Enhanced by TalkieToaster.

I'll check it out. Can you confirm that the mod is fully functional? Some people seem to have had some issues with it.

I have used it for at least 2 years now.

I have never messed with arrow enchanting.

For the clothing/armor/weapon enchanting, make sure you do not have something that alters vanilla soul gems.

Scroll making and learning from scrolls has not given me any problems.

 

I do not run much in the way of 'overhaul' mods.

 

Some folks will cry "Cheat" about this mod but it is up to the player to decide how to use it.

Wow, looks like a very promising mod! Compared to several other such plugins I've tried before this seems to be an all-encompassing system with many cool options. I'm going to give this a try especially for its 'weapons with constant effects' perk. Making enchanted arrows I find is also a nice feature.
