what is the best option for jiggle physics for boobs and butts

title kind of says it all. I've noticed modders like NIND and others with really jiggly bodies in Skyrim LE. so what mod are they using that allows these physics? preferably it will work with most CBBE bodyslide clothing mods and also maybe devious devices
