Mesh-Poly Explosion

Hello,
 
since this realy gets annoying and I didnt find a way to fox it I want to ask for help here.
 
As you see in the picture this Vampire from the Dawnguard DLC is exploding and make playing quite ugly.
It just happens with Vampires so I think there is something wromg with Dawnguard or other Vampire affiliated mods I have installed.

I see only 3 "vamp" mods in that load order (although sometimes the esp names don't always match to the actual mod name).  I'm positive the Better Vampires is not the cause (doesn't do much of anything body/mesh/texture-wise), so that leaves lustmordarmor and altvamplord.  Lustmord doesn't specificy a skeleton to use, but maybe it needs something other than a vanilla skeleton.  I have no clue what the other vamp mod is (listed altvamplord.esp), but I would check the desciprtion of that mod to see if it requires a specific texture/skeleton.  Usually when there is something like this, the skeleton is the first place I'd look.

 

Of course, there is the possibility of hitting your max number of mods (255 is theoretical limit, however reality is machine and mod dependent).  Did this always happen, or did it start after adding 1 or more mods?

I know this probably isn't all that helpful for this current issue, but I used to get these a LOT with Nexus Mod Manager, simply because you're getting conflicting mods utilizing the same meshes. Switching to Wrye Bash makes sure that you don't have mismatches meshes, and helped reduce these problems to never.

hmm, I disabled altvamplord (which used to alter the vamplord transformation) and lustmord but it didnt fix the problem.

Is there a skeleton that is used specially by those vampires?

 

And it always happens for a long time.

Looks like a broken armor weight slider explosion.  Vampires wear vampire armor so..... Try removing Remodeled Armor - Vanilla Replacer - Dawnguard.esp
