So, according to MRX's review of Knocked Up in 2014, the mod works by utilizing unique pregnant meshes for the NPC's it effects, these meshes are part of their clothing and therefore, if you kill one of the pregnant NPC's and take their clothing and equip it, you can make your character look pregnant. This gave me an admittedly weird idea that I could potentially use this mod in conjunction with Alternate Actors to play as various NPC's and then equip the meshed clothes added by Knocked Up onto them in order to make certain NPC's appear pregnant. I asked this on reddit and never got any response on the topic so I'm asking it here.
