Sexout Male Body Mesh

To preface, I skimmed through the support forum, so if this was mentioned or answered previously, I may have missed it.

 

Anyways, I've gone back to fiddling with Sexout and trying some of the mods with it, and I wanted to change the erect body mesh that it equips in animations. I looked through my New Vegas folders to find anything that could be blatantly obviously it, but I didn't find anything. Where would I find the Sexout body mesh, and would I mess anything up horribly if I switched it out with something else?

Sexout's nudes are in the aptly named Sexout - Nudes.bsa.
