Pixellate shadows on sunrays

Hi, it's hard to describe with words, so ill link some photos, ill show my graphics altering mods and enb, so you can make recommendations (probably a .ini issue but i don't know which)

My enb is DECENT ENB, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16706 in which i use with the latest enb binaries (v0.428)

As you can see the pixellation does not happen if it's background is a object rather then the skybox itself
