Problem With Some Clothing Clipping With Bodies

I have modded Skyrim SE and occasionally, some clothing would cause clipping in the game. I could solve that by using Outfit Studio, and playing with the meshes to get rid of the clipping. Is there a similar program out there for the Sims 4? I did have Blender, but I found the learning curve to use it a bit overwhelming. Some clipping is slight, like what's in the picture I added. Others is just crazy bad. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
