edit default clothing - remove default items that appear on all clothing

How do I edit default clothing items that appear on all clothing sets?  Is there a specific file?  I would like to remove the ropes and stuff that show up everywhere.  Thanks.

In customizer set this "off":

You can also check "No Boundage On Outfits" (Bondage is misspelled) in Options Manager. That will disable them globally when creating new outfits. They can still be added later.
