Files in comment section filter?

Is there a way to find only files in a specific mod topic forum? At the moment I'm looking at Sexlab Defeat and... there's a lot of comments/comment pages. I mainly look just to see if there are files people usually put in for patches and fixes, which is why i'm not a huge fan of how loverslab works. UNLESS there is a way to filter and stuff. Please let me know because this would help save me hours and hours of modding my game, Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, there's no way to sort out only posts with attachments (I think that's what you're asking?) but if it helps at all I've been using Defeat for a good long while and didn't need anything extra to get it to work. Also, just to be sure. by using the "this topic" search setting while on the support page for Defeat, I did a search for "patch" and only found posts about other things needing patches to run with it. Got it down to one page of posts, as well.
