Help! Mesh parts randomly becoming transparent (but still casting shadows) based on camera angle

Hi folks, I am working on my first "serious" modded outfit in Outfit Studio and I'm running into a problem. I wanted to take some geometry from the hulking draugr and add on the pauldron from scaled armor. Everything was fine while I was trimming and resizing the hulking draugr parts, but as soon as I added the pauldron I started running into an issue where are certain angles the hulking draugr parts would becoming completely transparent. You can see what I mean in the attached video -- the skirt has the same unwanted behavior, though not at the angles visible in the video. 

 

Can anyone help me run down what the problem is? I'd rather avoid nuking it and starting from scratch if I can, but clearly this outfit isn't usable in its current condition. You can find the bodyslide project data attached at the bottom of this post.
