 Could be the SL teleport bug (usually involved infamous gian camp near whiterun), or defeat bug (had it on SE, not sure if its LE applicable) where scene can break oddly if triggered in incorrect state (PC falling/ragdolling), and you'd be teleported to a location where it was trigerred on following sl scenes.

 First one is cured by reinstalling SL. In debug menu - go for clean system option (dont forget to export your settings, and reimport them afterwards).

 Second one is tricker, also ive only had it once. Complete wipe of Defeat, clean save and reinstallation was what i had to resort to to get rid of it.

 Could also be something else, but thats the two i encountered.

Before resorting to drastic measures - try to use "stop all current animations" in SL debug menu. Alot of issues can be solved by just doing that.

The linked plugin fixed it for me for many years ago, was a problem with SL scaling and teleporting actor at same time.
