I tried, but I failed. ^^ soory, i have think of this .....for install skyrim , 2 possibility , directly via steam or with dvd and steam, thats mean , in anyway, you probably obligatory have create an steam account, that steam account allow you to go in the workshop and download the mod simply by click subscribe and launch the launcher... you not need to create an account in the workshop, as long you have an steam account, and steam account is obligatory for play skyrim .... and dont tell me you play the game with the dvd install without steam , because the dvd install steam at first for allow you to download the game on steam...( mmh my bad english but i think you understand what i mean ^^ ) why you cant ? do you have an error page ? something problem with your web navigator ?
